Because God has worked so powerfully I also experience an anointing and a mandate to pray for other parents and their children as well. That is why we regularly organize special prayer evenings.

A while ago we had our very first Prodigal Prayer Meeting – and I can truly say it was amazing!
The river of God’s Spirit kept flowing, which is why we didn’t finish the meeting until around midnight.
I first welcomed people and gave a brief introduction about why we had organized this evening. This was followed by praise and worship, and we soon noticed the Holy Spirit taking over. A powerful prophetic song arose and the Spirit of prayer began to swell.

I called the leaders forward to pray, and then the Spirit led us to pray for all the mothers. We called them forward, prayed for them, and then they also prayed for themselves. Then we asked the parents to write down the names of those for whom they wanted prayer.

One day later we received our first testimony: the granddaughter of someone who attended gave her life to the Lord and was baptized immediately the next day! The following day I received a call from a pastor who had a strong heart to say to me to continue this – that God is going to use these Prodigal Prayer Meetings and more and more testimonies will come out of them.

So we are going to organize this more often, in different places. In the meantime, several churches have already indicated that they want to host this as well.
